Our Customer Rewards Program is a loyalty initiative designed to reward our customers for trusting us with their wellness journey. By participating, you can earn points on your purchases, which can later be redeemed for discounts.

You’re automatically enter into our rewards program when you create a Mindbody account. You will start earning points as of March 1st, 2025. It’s quick and free to join! You’ll need to provide your basic contact information to create an account.

You earn points for every purchase you make. The number of points you earn depends on the amount spent. You can also earn extra points through booking online, or referring friends.

1000 points equals $1.

You can track your points through your online account, or by asking a Wellness Coordinator at your next visit.

Once you’ve accumulated 5000 points or more, you can redeem them for discounts at checkout.

As long as you have an active Mindbody account with us, your points will never expire!

Points can be combined with other discounts or promotional offers unless otherwise specified.

No, points are non-transferable and can only be used by the account holder who earned them.

No, the program is completely free to join. There are no hidden fees or charges associated with the program.

Yes, you can earn points when using a gift card for your purchase, just like any other form of payment.

If you return an item, the points earned from that purchase will be deducted from your account.
